At Craft Supplies, we want you to be fully inspired by your purchase; if a product doesn't meet your creative needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused craft materials in their original boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
